Winter Break 2010 (part 2)

Assalamualaikum wbt.

Now we're in part 2. there are 3 more occasion to go before i'm turning my entries into something else. as usual, like i said, all the program that i have joined during my winter break thought me a lot. these 2 following occasion is all about leadership.

Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization into a better way, makes it more cohesive and coherent. However, when talking about leadership, most of people will hide themselves. fear of people, lack of self confident, improper management when giving task, pessimist, and etc. So, in order to avoid those people's mentality, or to change our perception towards the words L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P., there are certain things that we must BE, KNOW and DO. that is all about how to be a good leader.

Through Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan PERUBATAN (MAT) and Seminar Proffesionalism, i gained a lot of things on how to be a good leader. even i'm just a photographer who just snap and stalk other people's faces or person in charge protocols during seminar, but i like doing my job because i gained the experience on photographic and protocols, and for a bonus, i get the chance to learn to be a good leader, indirectly. (even some peoples might say MAT and Seminar is just a program without any significant output. well, for me it is such a good program for those people who are lack of those valuable attitude )
